announce that an agreement to sell the common shares of YES IC
Communications, Inc., an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the
Toronto, Ontario area, has been completed with a private Toronto
based company. Information
Highway.com, Inc. can receive a maximum of $1,000,000 CAD subject
to certain terms and conditions of the agreement.
Information
Highway.com, Inc. will be focusing on high-speed wireless Internet
service with their partnership agreement with AirStream
Communications, Inc. whereas Information Highway.com, Inc. will
supply Internet services such as email, web hosting, e-commerce
and Voice over IP. AirStream
will supply the wireless point of presence (POPs) to locations
where high-speed service such as DSL and cable is not available.
According
to Patrick Sumarlidson, President of AirStream Communications,
Inc., Broadband wireless technology is the solution that provides
the quickest access to the customer without sacrificing quality of
