For Immediate Release: Richmond, BC - December 1, 1999 -- Information-Highway.com, Inc. (OTC BB: IHWY) wishes to announce that a license agreement has been completed with ISP Power Corporation.
ISP Power Corporation's PRISM Software provides integrated billing and customer care software solutions. The PRISM software will consolidate all of Information-Highway.com, Inc.'s billing and customer related management needs into one powerful, flexible and automated package that will help reduce costs and increase profits for Information-Highway.com, Inc.
The PRISM software integrates into the Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Commercial Internet System (MCIS), which enables the Company to provide up-to-the-minute billing information to Information-Highway.com's clients. In addition, the Company will be able to co-brand our billing system for Virtual ISP's, thereby allowing them to retain their own identity, even when it relates directly to the billing of their customers.
