(OTCBB: IHWY) is pleased to announce that further to its News Release dated December 7th, 1999 the non-exclusive license to portal site previously granted to The Eezinet Corporation has been expanded from New York City, New York to a nationwide portal throughout the United States. In consideration for the expanded license Information Highway.com, Inc. will receive $1 Million in shares of The Eezinet Corporation, a private company planning a public offering.
Pursuant to the terms of the License Agreement, Eezinet has also granted a license to resell Information Highway.com portals, pursuant to which any revenues received will be divided equally between Eezinet and Information Highway.com, Inc.
The Eezinet Corporation is a Delaware corporation based in Columbia, Maryland with a technical sales force of over 30 personnel. Bernard Gaiter, Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of management and business development experience. Mr. Gaiter previously owned four Burger King franchises and has worked as Branch Sales Manager for Xerox and for Digital Equipment Corporation.
