For Immediate Release: July 27, 2000 - Vancouver, BC - Information Highway.com, Inc. (OTCBB: IHWY)is pleased to announce it has signed a strategic alliance agreement with SOVO Computer Center (SOVO).
The agreement gives Information Highway.com the right to be a reseller for SOVO Computer Center (www.sovo.net) hardware and software to its Internet customers and through its portal site www.theexecutive.com. Information Highway.com, Inc. has licensed SOVO to resell the Company’s Portals and Internet services to its customers consisting of web hosting, dial up service and e-commerce solutions. Information Highway.com, Inc. will be offering free Internet dial-up service or web hosting for six (6) months upon a purchase of a business or consumer computer from SOVO Computer Center.
Information Highway’s portal site contains local news and weather with value added services including access to stock quotes, shopping, community events, web searches, multicasting live events and free long distance telephone services via a standard web browser (VoIP).
