(OTC BB: IHWYE) (OTC BB: IHWY) wishes to announce that a license agreement has been completed with Virtual Plus Technologies, LLC to sell dial-up, ADSL Internet access service, web design and hosting and e-commerce solutions to the Washington, DC area in addition to a non-exclusive license in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
Information-Highway.com has also licensed its customized portal site http://www.theexecutive.com site to Virtual Plus Technologies for use in Washington, DC.
The Company's portal site contains local news and weather with several value-added services including access to stock quotes, weather forecasts, shopping, community events, online trading, web searches, multicasting of live special events and long distance telephone services via a standard web browser.
The agreement represents the first step of Information-Highway.com's North American rollout, in which the Company will license its services to other virtual Internet partners on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis utilizing Level 3 Communications' advanced fiber optic network. The Company plans to aggressively market their services to several other major US cities including Seattle, Dallas, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Jose, Tampa and New Jersey.
